- 24-hour Response to all calls and e-mail inquiries. We usually
respond the same day an inquiry is received. If the answer to a
complex question isn't available right away, we advise when a complete
response can be expected.
- BLC's Extranet provides an online web-based tool for employees
and HR representatives to check the ongoing activity and status
of their petitions and cases.
- Our Comprehensive Website provides up to the minute JIT reports
and information on immigration processes and procedures, changes
in immigration law, and upcoming trends and legal developments.
- Weekly Status Reports include current case information, filing
deadlines, expiration dates and all other information pertinent
to each case.
- Milestone Software automatically sends an email to foreign nationals
and HR representatives each time a milestone is reached in an individual's
application process.
- Quarterly Metrics Reports address turnaround times and processing
times in a user-friendly format for HR representatives.
- Automatic Tickler System prompts BLC case managers to follow up
on all cases that are pending beyond the declared processing time
given by the state agency. Notification is sent to the HR representative
when and if such delays occur, and an inquiry process is initiated
immediately.
