Premier Services

Our Premier Service Program was developed to enhance our commitment to providing clients with the highest quality legal services delivered in the most responsive, personalized manner. We understand that immigration law is more than a matter of legal issues; your employees are the lifeblood of your company, and the immigration matters they deal with are of critical importance to their performance. Our Premier Service Program is designed to ensure that our communication with your HR representatives, employees, managers and executive staff provides the assurance they need to go about their business effectively.

The Premier Service Program, customized for each client, includes written guidelines and benchmarks for all service processes. The program includes:

  • A Client Services Manual outlining the basics of immigration law in layperson’s terms, and including samples of the forms required during the immigration process, frequently asked questions, a glossary of terms, timelines, and information sources.

  • A Client Satisfaction Survey sent to each foreign national with an active case each time a milestone is reached.

  • A Strategic Alliance Liaison committed to working with you on a one-to-one basis to quickly identify and resolve any customer service issues that may arise and proactively identify any problems that require intervention. Your Strategic Alliance Liaison will meet with you on an as needed basis to answer any status questions or to set-up a conference with your attorney.

  • Our Extranet, which provides an online web-based tool for employees and HR representatives to check the ongoing activity and status of their petitions and cases.
