A scheduling glitch at the National Benefits Center (NBC) caused about 2,200 applicants to be scheduled for multiple interviews on the same case, and multiple notices were sent out regarding the same interview dates.
NBC confirms that mistakenly scheduled interviews were de-scheduled and confirmation letters were sent to the applicants and/or their representatives notifying which interview they should attend. These letters were dated and mailed on February 24, 2010, and should arrive in the next few days.
If you received multiple interview notices, you should receive a de-scheduling notice shortly. If a de-scheduling notice does not arrive within a reasonable time, please call NCSC at 1-800-375-5283 or contact Baker Law Corporation for further assistance.
